When you select the ICD9 Code menu item in the Configuration
menu, a dialog titled List of ICD-9 Codes is displayed (shown at the right).
It contains a list of all ICD-9 Codes you have added to TFM. You add all the
ICD-9 Codes that your practice uses. The interactions with this dialog are common in all TFM Search Tables and are described in the Search Tables chapter. When you select the New button or double-click with the mouse, the Edit ICD-9 Codes dialog appears.
The Edit ICD9 Code dialog is used to enter or edit a ICD-9 Code.
After entering the data, select the Save button and the
ICD-9 Code will be saved.
