During the normal, day to day operations of a typical office, a considerable amount of
information is entered into the TFM database. To understand this data as well as the operations
of the practice, it is necessary to summarize the information in multiple ways. TFM provides the
Reports feature to generate PDF output files summarizing the TFM data.
These reports are accessed by selecting the Reports button
in the main toolbar shown in the image to the right.
After selecting the Reports button in the main toolbar,
the Reports dialog shown at the right appears. From this
dialog multiple reports can be generated. These include:
Selecting the appropriate Setup in the Reports dialog will bring up a dialog that will help you interactively select the desired information for the selected report. These dialogs are described in the following chapters.
All reports are generated as PDF documents and are written to the Reports directory that you specify in TFM preferences.
